Adult individuals of all ages
Fee for Service: $175 for a 50 minute session.
Children and their systems
Fee for Service: $250 for a 50 minute session.
Insurance not taken, but I will happily provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your PPO insurance company.

Philosophy
I work with individuals of all ages from a strength-based and trauma-informed approach that sees you as the whole person you are rather than just your symptoms. Treatment is focused around you and creating compassion for how your lived experiences have impacted your self-image, confidence, relationships, motivation, and general sense of well being and purpose.
I work alongside you with curiosity to increase your awareness and understanding of yourself, build your capacity for self-compassion, and cultivate confidence to trust yourself and your narrative rather than the narrative that has been sold to you.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and creative, and rooted in creating a warm and safe environment to both explore your strengths and unpack your narrative and the challenges and barriers that are impeding you seeing or reaching your desired potential.
